What we do
PropertyAppeals.org compares a property's county assessment with sales of similar nearby properties and prepares documents an owner can use to file their own appeal. We don't file appeals for you, act as your agent, or appear at hearings.
Where the numbers come from
Assessed values, property details and recorded sales come from the county's own published records (Mecklenburg and Iredell counties). Records can contain errors. Check the details against your county notice before you file.
No guarantee
The county decides every appeal. A score or savings estimate on this site is not a promise that your value will change or that your taxes will go down.
